For years, I struggled with dieting and disordered eating, bouncing between restrictive diets such as keto, low carb and quick fixes. This lead to a cycle of weight loss and gain that took a toll on my physical and mental health. But I REFUSED to let my story end there. As a busy mom of two, I understand the struggle of finding time to prioritize your own health and wellness. Through my journey, I was able to take control of my life, build a healthy relationship with food, and finally live in the body I've always dreamed of. And now I'm here to help you do the same. My program is designed to help busy women like you succeed, even with limited time. You don't have to sacrifice your health and happiness for the sake of others- you can have it all, and I'm here to show you HOW!

Hello! My name is Rima Elfar.
My fitness journey started back in my teenage years and early twenties, when I was always underweight. I figured out how to maintain my thin physique by limiting my food intake and doing hours upon hours of cardio.
After years of doing silly fad diets and lots of food restricting it eventually caught up to me.
Covid 19 happened and I put on 60lbs! That was a terrifying moment in my life, knowing that I have become obese and unhealthy.
I was afraid I was heading down a path that would affect my overall health in the long run.
I confidently made a decision to change my life for good. Like many of you, I didn’t know who to turn to for support and guidance, so I hired an online coach that I worked with for over a year. It was such a positive and fulfilling experience. I successfully reached my goals while eating all the foods I love.
I feel so passionate about the fitness space that I decided to invest in educating myself through Clean Health Institute and become a certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer.
I do this so I can help others who also suffered with their nutrition and lifestyle the
way I did!
